Maxi F Fernandes is currently the Head HR & Vice President at Arjas Steel since August 2020. Prior to this, Maxi held various HR leadership roles at companies like Nexteer Automotive, Delphi Automotive Systems Pvt Ltd, Crompton Greaves Ltd, and Designer Pavings & Tiles Pvt. Ltd. Maxi's educational background includes a Fellowship in strategic HRM & OD from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), an MBA in HRM from Annamalai University, and a PGD in IR & PM from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavna, Bangalore. Additionally, Maxi holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Karnataka University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mangalore University.
