Marta Ratajczak

Marta Ratajczak is an experienced NPI Project Manager at Arjo, overseeing supply chain activities throughout the new product development process since April 2021. Previously, Marta held various roles at Unilever from February 2005 to June 2021, including Global Technical Project Leader, where responsibilities included managing innovation and renovation projects for EU and global markets, communications with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Other positions at Unilever involved leading technical projects in savoury and dressings, focusing on product trials and compliance, as well as product development for liquid soups, sauces, and dry food products. Marta Ratajczak holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Agriculture in Poznań and a postgraduate degree in Quality, Environment, and Goods Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
