Grzegorz Kowalczyk

Grzegorz Kowalczyk is an experienced project manager currently serving as NPI-LCE Senior Project Manager at ADVA since September 2022. Prior to this role, Grzegorz held the position of Senior NPI Project Manager at Flex for a brief period and spent nearly two decades at Flextronics International Poland as NPI Project Manager, Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Project Manager, Six Sigma Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineer. Throughout this career, Grzegorz has managed diverse project portfolios, including 3D printers, vending machines, and telecommunication equipment, while excelling in project scope definition, budget management, and multinational team coordination. Grzegorz holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
