Neville Wood

Neville Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application support and customer service within the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the M3 Application Support Team Leader at Arjo since March 2023, Neville provides second-line support for M3 and Supply Chain Planning applications. Previously, Neville held the position of Principal Product Support Analyst at Infor for over fourteen years, specializing in supply chain planning software and customer communication. Additional roles include Pre-Sales Consultant at idappcom, Audits Manager at SLA Management Services Ltd, and various claims handling positions at The Co-operative Banking Group, Legal & General, and Halkett Associates. Neville holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Economics from the University of Plymouth and A-Levels in Economics, Physics, and Mathematics from John Cleveland College.
