Robert Pawelek

Robert Pawelek has over 15 years of experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Operations and Compensation at Arjo since June 2017. Prior roles at Arjo include Payroll & Incentive Compensation Manager, Sales Compensation Manager, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to joining Arjo, Robert worked at McMaster-Carr as a Distribution Specialist from July 2008 to June 2017, and served in the US Army as a Military Police officer from January 2003 to January 2011. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Elmhurst University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, earned from 2005 to 2008.
