Sandrine Ayotte

Sandrine Ayotte is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director HR Supply Chain Projects and HR Director Magog at Arjo since February 2019, Sandrine leads a team of HR professionals while providing consulting support on best HR practices and project deployment. Previous experience includes HRBP at MI Integration, where focus was on optimizing human potential through innovative practices, and HR Coordinator at CANMEC, managing HR processes for three subsidiaries. Sandrine's career also includes roles in the Canadian Forces as an Instruction Officer, and in several HR consulting positions with Adecco and the Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity. Sandrine holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development Management and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, both from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
