Dereck Wischmeyer

Dereck Wischmeyer currently serves as the General Counsel at ark data centers, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Dereck was with Everstream from May 2019 to April 2024, where roles included Executive Vice President and General Counsel as well as Vice President and General Counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as Counsel at Crown Castle from November 2017 to May 2019 and as Associate General Counsel at Lightower Fiber Networks from July 2017 to July 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Miami School of Law (2013-2014), a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law (2005-2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duquesne University (2001-2005), along with attending McQuaid Jesuit (1998-2001).
