Amy Howland

Amy Howland currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations & Strategic Initiatives at ARK since November 2025. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Sandpiper Hospitality, where responsibilities included overseeing the operations of 72 multi-branded hotels and driving performance in Associate Satisfaction, Guest Advocacy, and profitability. Earlier roles include Regional Vice President of Operations at Shaner Hotels and Naples Hotel Group, where Amy developed strategies for revenue optimization and brand compliance. Amy's experience spans multiple well-known hospitality brands, having also served as Director of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality and played a pivotal role in performance improvement at Hawkeye Hotels.
