Michael Catlin

Michael Catlin serves as the Head of People & OD at Ark People Housing Care since January 2021. Prior to this role, Michael was the OD Business Partner at Cairn Housing Association from September 2019 to January 2021, contributing to the mission of providing accessible affordable housing across Scotland. Michael also held the position of HR Business Partner at Carr Gomm from September 2014 to September 2019, where efforts focused on supporting individuals in social care and community development. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Eden Scott from July 2012 to September 2014, offering recruitment and HR services to a diverse clientele throughout Scotland.
