Thomas Ryan-Lawrence

Thomas Ryan-Lawrence, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Operational Strategy at ARK Leadership since March 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Executive Director at the Q+ Equality Foundation, where efforts focused on enhancing workplace inclusivity and fostering belonging across various industries. From June 2007 to June 2022, Thomas was the Vice President of People and Culture at Carma Productions, Inc., successfully overseeing HR processes and significantly improving employee satisfaction and retention rates. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Directories Unlimited, with achievements in employee attrition reduction and sales productivity enhancements. Thomas holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia State University and a Human Resource Management Certification from Emory University. Currently pursuing a Master in the Study of Law with a focus on Employee Relations and Labor Law at The University of Georgia, Thomas combines extensive HR experience with a commitment to legal compliance and strategic people management.
