Monica Burch

Monica Burch has extensive experience in governance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Monica serves as the Lead Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Board at the Crown Prosecution Service, as well as a Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee. Additionally, Monica holds the position of Chair and Non Executive Director at Argenta Private Capital Limited, and serves as a Non Executive Director and member of the Risk and Audit Committee at ARK SYNDICATE MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As an Advisory Council Member and Chair of The Mentoring Foundation, Monica promotes initiatives aimed at advancing women's leadership in the corporate space. Previous roles include Senior Partner at Addleshaw Goddard and various non-executive positions at Talbot Underwriting Limited and Channel 4. Monica's education includes degrees in Jurisprudence and an LLM in Commercial IP from prestigious institutions, including Oxford University.
