John also received awards in multiple years, including a #1 rankings in Total Capital, Capital Growth Rate, New Producers, New Producer Growth Rate, Tickets and Ticket Growth Rate. Harrison added 15+ new advisors per month - from 17 in 2005 to 1900+ in 2017 - and served on the Advisory Council to the Chairman, CEO/President, and EVP of Capital Markets.

At Wells Real Estate Funds, Harrison managed a team of 38 external wholesalers focused on raising capital in the IBD channel. John supervised training, set rotations, activity goals, reporting and compensation. In 2003, they achieved a #1 industry ranking for capital raised with $2.4 billion.
