Joy Schultz is a dedicated Visual Arts educator with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Visual Arts Teacher at Arkansas Arts Academy since August 2022, Joy also contributes to Fish the Moment as Website Manager, Merchandise Coordinator, and Event Developer. Previous roles include Upper School Art Specialist at Episcopal Collegiate School, where Joy was an NAEA Co-President for the Choice Art Special Interest Group and served as Fine Arts Director. Joy has held multiple teaching positions across various educational institutions, including University School of Milwaukee and Mayville School District, focusing on both middle and high school art education. With a Master's degree in Visual Studies from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree in Art Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Joy Schultz combines academic credentials with a wealth of practical experience in the field of art education.

The Arkansas Arts Academy is a public charter school offering fine arts education to K-12 students. Located in Rogers, we are the second oldest and one of the largest charter schools in the state. Our mission is to provide a rigorous academic program with a purposed integration of the arts. We challenge our students academically while providing them with an arts enhanced curriculum.
