Trey Cooper

Senior Assistant Attorney General at Arkansas Attorney General

Trey Cooper is a legal professional with extensive experience in civil litigation and general practice, currently serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office since March 2022. Prior to this role, Trey held positions including Counsel at Wright Lindsey Jennings for a brief period and Counsel at Dover Dixon Horne PLLC for nearly a decade. Additionally, Trey served as a Law Clerk at the Pulaski County Circuit Court and as an Associate Attorney at Shackleford, Phillips & Ratcliff, focusing on insurance defense and litigation. Earlier in a legal career, Trey was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Union County, Arkansas, responsible for prosecuting cases in District and Juvenile Courts. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and a B.A. in History from the University of Arkansas.
