Deputy Attorney General at Arkansas Attorney General

Will Jones currently serves as the Chief Deputy Prosecutor for the 11 West Judicial District, encompassing Jefferson and Lincoln Counties, since January 2021. Previously, Will Jones held multiple roles at the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office beginning in July 2013, including Deputy Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 6th Judicial District from May 2002 to July 2013 and teaching as an adjunct professor of Criminal Evidence and Criminal Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2007 to 2014. Will Jones also taught Trial Skills at the William H. Bowen School of Law during 2008-2012. Will Jones obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville between 1998 and 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Henderson State University, earned in 1998.
