Sarah Mattson

Sarah Mattson currently serves as the Director of Clinical Quality and Government Programs at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, having started in June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions as a HEDIS/Quality Consultant at Optum from March 2018 to June 2022 and worked as a SAS Programmer at Randstad Technologies US in early 2018. Between November 2010 and January 2018, Sarah was a Senior Health Data Analyst at CommunityCare, specializing in pharmacy data analysis and reporting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University from August 2007 to December 2009, where Sarah taught statistics courses, and an internship as a Junior Research Assistant at Unilever in 2006. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Oklahoma State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma.
