Toni Starks

Toni Starks began their work experience in 1970 at a physicians office in San Francisco, California. Toni worked there until 1974. In 1974, they joined Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Vice President and their role continues presently.

Toni Starks attended San Francisco State University from 1971 to 1973 and Woodrow Wilson High from 1969 to 1971.
