Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment since March 2022, Tiffany has previously held positions including Personnel Manager at the Arkansas Insurance Department and Program Manager at the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. Tiffany's expertise includes managing HR programs, overseeing office operations, and presenting training to state employees. Tiffany holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College.
