James Brown

James Brown, P.E., M.E. holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. James has worked in various engineering roles at companies like Arkansas Department of Transportation, Aerojet Rocketdyne, New Millennium Building Systems, and MARMC. Currently, James serves as the District Maintenance Engineer at Arkansas Department of Transportation.
