Kaylie Noll

Kaylie Noll is a seasoned professional in sports communications and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Swim Coach for the Arkansas Dolphin-Laser Swim Team since November 2019. From May 2021 to December 2024, Kaylie worked as the Global Marketing Manager for MySwimPro, Inc., leading digital brand strategy and significantly increasing audience engagement. Kaylie's role at Little Rock Trojans Athletics included Assistant Director of Communications, where responsibilities encompassed managing media contacts and communications for Division I teams, earning recognition as the 2022-23 NWCA Wrestling SID of the Year. Previous positions included roles in athletic communications and coaching at various organizations, complemented by a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
