Josh Hesselbein

Josh Hesselbein has over eight years of experience in environmental management and analysis. Currently serving as an Analyst for the Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation since May 2018, Josh previously held the position of Project Coordinator at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, where responsibilities included managing the state's environmental regulatory enforcement programs. Prior to that, as a Project Analyst, Josh developed the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act enforcement program for Arkansas. Experience also includes working as a Program Technician at the U of A Cooperative Extension Service, where Josh implemented and coordinated the Discovery Farm Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Arkansas Tech University.
