Jarrod Yates currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations at Arkansas Farm Bureau, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jarrod Yates worked at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield in Government Relations from 2015 until August 2023. Earlier in Jarrod Yates' career, a significant position was held as Chief of Staff in the Office of US Representative Mike Ross from July 2009 to October 2011.

Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation (ArFB) is a nonprofit, grassroots organization dedicated to agricultural advocacy.
