Heather Savage

Heather Savage has held various positions within Arkansas Federal Credit Union since April 2005, currently serving as SVP Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Life/Health Insurance Agent at A. F. Smith and Associates, Inc. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Central Arkansas and an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Arkansas State University. Through their roles, Heather strives to develop effective teams of employees to their highest potential through coaching and leadership to make a difference in the lives of team members, members, communities, and business partners.
