Emrana Sheikh is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading talent strategy and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ITT Inc., Emrana is responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business growth and transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at Kenvue, where a focus was placed on shaping integrated talent strategies and enhancing diversity practices, and Vice President - Global Head of People Experience at Johnson & Johnson, advancing digital HR and workforce intelligence. Emrana's previous experience includes leadership positions at Asian Paints and Mahindra & Mahindra, managing HR functions across multiple countries and driving strategic HR initiatives for large organizations.
