Amy Webb

Amy Webb serves as the Vice President for Member Services at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care since December 2024. Previously, from March 2022 to December 2024, Amy held the positions of Deputy Director for the DHS Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health and Director of the Medicaid Control Center at the Arkansas Department of Human Services, where responsibilities included coordinating Medicaid's public health emergency wind down efforts and developing a master dashboard for managing Medicaid programs. Additionally, Amy served as Interim Chief of Staff to the DHS Secretary, supporting various projects and acting as a liaison with the Governor's office. Earlier in Amy's career, extensive experience was gained as a Senior Reporter at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, focusing on crime, court cases, and investigative projects, along with reporting positions at the Tyler Morning Telegraph and Beaumont Enterprise.
