Ray Hanley

Ray Hanley is the President and CEO of the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC), a position held since August 2010. Prior to this role, Ray served as a Client Industry Executive at HP Enterprise Services from 2003 to 2010 and at Electronic Data Systems from 2003 to 2008. Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Ouachita Baptist University, earned between 1969 and 1973.
