Rhelinda McFadden possesses over 20 years of healthcare experience, including a decade dedicated to healthcare quality improvement with a focus on primary care practices and government contracts. Since August 2002, Rhelinda has served as a Manager for Practice Transformation and Quality Consultant at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care, where responsibilities include supporting physicians in the implementation of electronic health record systems and employing quality improvement methodologies to enhance patient care and outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as RN and Director of Nursing in a privately owned family practice clinic, managing quality assurance and leading electronic health record implementation. Rhelinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
