Jessica Kordsmeier has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and communications. Jessica worked as the Associate Director of Marketing at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts from January 2024 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Digital Manager at the same museum from January 2022 to December 2023. Before joining the museum, they served as the Marketing Director at Richardson Properties, LLC from April 2017 to December 2021. Jessica also worked as a Marketing Content Specialist at iProv, LLC from October 2013 to April 2017, and as an Account Coordinator at LFB Media Group from July 2012 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Office Assistant at New York University's Department of Economics from January 2009 to May 2012, and as a Summer Resident Assistant at Third North Residence Hall in 2011. Jessica has also held internships at The Orchard, Rogers & Cowan, Cornerstone Promotion, Warner Music Group, and Conde Nast, where they gained experience in interactive marketing, entertainment public relations, digital publicity, and editorial entertainment.
Jessica Kordsmeier obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in Visual Arts from Parkview Arts and Sciences Magnet High School, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has pursued additional certifications including UX Strategies: Lean & Mean from TechMedia - Digital Summit series, Advanced Social Media Tactics from TechMedia - Digital Summit series, Google AdWords from Google, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot.
