Diana Monroe

Diana Monroe has a diverse work experience. Diana started their career as a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, NRCS in 1988, where they worked as a speechwriter to top staff and planned and implemented public affairs activities for the agency. Diana was also a member of Vice President Al Gore's Reinventing Government team in Mississippi. Diana then became the Membership Director at the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce in 1999. In 2000, they joined Arkansas State University as the Director of Strategic Communications.

Diana Monroe attended Nettleton High School from 1963 to 1975. Diana then went on to Arkansas State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a public relations emphasis from 1975 to 1978. Diana also attended Arkansas State University again from 1987 to 1988, earning another Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a public relations emphasis.
