Jeff Purinton

Jeff Purinton is currently serving as Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics at Arkansas State University since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff Purinton held various positions over a 15-year tenure at The University of Alabama, culminating in the role of Executive Deputy Director of Athletics. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Communications for the Orange Bowl Committee and Assistant Sports Information Director at Florida State University. Jeff Purinton holds a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, both from Florida State University.
