Lauren Hovis Grounds

Lauren Hovis Grounds, LPC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Medical Management Operations at Arkansas Total Care since January 2019, where previous roles included Director and Manager of Medical Management. Prior to this position, Lauren worked at Good Neighbor Community Services from June 2011 to January 2019, ascending from Behavioral Health Specialist to Director of Behavioral Health. Lauren's career began at Crossroads Center as a Clinician from July 2010 to June 2011. Educationally, Lauren holds a Master of Science in Clinical Community Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
