Kemal Murat

Kemal Murat serves as the Group Human Resources Director for Arkas Holding, overseeing the Port and Terminal Services Group, which includes Marport, Limar, Autoport, Railport, and Adaport, since August 2018. Kemal is a Board Member for PERYÖN Türkiye İnsan Yönetimi Derneği, Aegean Branch, with a tenure from January 2017 to February 2025. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at PilenPak Packaging (July 2017 - May 2018) and Packaging Investments Group HR Director at Yıldız Holding (March 2010 - June 2017), where responsibilities covered Polinas, Farmamak, Nuroll, Rotopaş, and BEP Hologram. Kemal's career includes experience as HR Group Manager at Polinas and Nuroll SpA in Italy, and Kemal has held various positions at Kerevitas and Isbir Synthetic. Kemal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hacettepe University, an MBA from Uludag University, and training from the Adler International Learning School.
