Jim Spoonamore

Jim Spoonamore has over 30 years of work experience in the field of biochemistry and research. Jim most recently served as the Head of Analytics at ArkeaBio, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the R&D Director at Zymergen, Inc. from March 2020 to October 2022. Jim also has experience as the Director of Screening at enEvolv from June 2013 to March 2020, and as a Research Scientist at the Broad Institute from December 2008 to June 2013. Jim started their career as a Research Biochemist at Aventis in 1992, where they worked until 2003. Jim obtained their doctoral degree from the University of Arizona in 2008.
