Jane Guo possesses over seven years of professional experience in capability development and fashion consulting. At Tesla, from June 2010 to December 2014, Jane served as Head of Capability Development for the APAC and MEA regions, where leadership was provided for training initiatives that supported the company’s growth in international markets while ensuring cultural adaptability in strategy execution. Prior to Tesla, from January 2007 to May 2010, Jane worked as a Fashion Management Consultant at Stella McCartney, focusing on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing sustainable practices. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Fashion Design and Management from Institut Français de la Mode and a Bachelor’s degree in International Financial Management from National University of Singapore.
