Christie Bowden

Christie Bowden is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Immediate Past President of the Association of Laboratory Managers (ALMA) and previously held the position of President within the organization. Since 2008, Christie has been with Arkema, progressing through various roles, including R&D Manager, Senior Research Chemist, and currently as Research Scientist and Senior Group Leader. Prior experience includes positions at Atofina and Elf Atochem, where Christie contributed as a Senior Chemist and Chemist, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Chemistry from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from DeSales University, complemented by executive education from Kellogg Executive Education in 2022.
