James Henry

James Henry has extensive experience in polymer research and development, having held positions at leading companies in the industry. Currently serving as Principal Research Engineer at Arkema since January 2001, James focuses on polymer research and development, plastics process development, and customer technical service. Previously, James worked as Research Manager and Plant Manager at Environ Products, where responsibilities included polymer melt process troubleshooting and optimization as well as production management. James's career also includes a role as Manager/Engineer at Fawn Industries, specializing in plastics processing and decoration, and as a Senior Materials Engineer at Raytheon, where the focus was on thermoset materials research and industrial process development. James holds dual Master's degrees in Chemical/Plastics Engineering and Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 1982 and 1986.
