Jean-Michel Martin

Jean-Michel Martin has a strong background in human resources and communication. Jean-michel began their career at Kleber Industrie in 1987 as a Responsable Ressources Humaines. From there, they joined Alphacan Sa in 1996 as a DRH. In 2002, they transitioned to Arkema, where they held various roles including Compensation & Benefits and Executive for Headquarters, Labor Relations & Compensation Systems VP, and Senior VP Human Resources and Communication France & Labor Relations Group. Jean-Michel Martin's most recent position at Arkema began in July 2020, and they are currently in that role.

Jean-michel Martin received their Baccalauréat in Sciences Economiques from Lycée Napoleon (l'Aigle) in 1982. Jean-michel then pursued further education at IAE Caen, where they completed a DESS in Economie et RH, graduating in 1987.
