Mickaël Brunel

Mickaël Brunel is an experienced SOC Analyst L3 currently working at Arkema and Squad since January 2022, focusing on security incident detection and automation processes in SOAR. Previously, Mickaël served as an IT Security Engineer at GEODIS, where responsibilities included incident response analysis and implementing automated solutions in Python and PowerShell. Prior roles as a Software and Cybersecurity Engineer at ALTEN and Stormshield involved organizing cybersecurity labs, contributing to endpoint protection development, and maintaining essential lab tools. Early experience included an apprenticeship at Naval Group with a focus on cybersecurity projects and software development work during studies at ENSIMAG, where a Java tool was developed. Mickaël holds a Master's degree from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and has also studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
