Shelly Pearson

Shelly Pearson is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Arkema since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shelly spent nearly three decades at Bostik, where significant positions included Human Resources Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development, leading the talent acquisition strategy for the U.S. operations. Earlier in Shelly's career, experience was gained at Kmart Corporation as a Manager. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduated in 1993.
