Thomas Hagen

Thomas Hagen is an experienced professional in the chemical and industrial sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director at Arkema since March 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held key positions at Henkel as the Head of Sales for Adhesives in the Automotive and Metals sectors from August 2020 to February 2023, and served in various capacities at Dow from 2001 to 2019, including Sr. Product Manager and Commercial Marketing Manager, focusing on market strategies and business development across multiple segments such as Mining and Industrial Water Treatment. Thomas also contributed to Dow AgroSciences as a Strategic Project Leader in 2014.
