Gregg Lavine

Gregg Lavine has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gregg started their career as an Interactive Media Consultant/Developer before co-founding their own startup interactive firm, Platform360. After being bought out by PARTNERS+Simons, they worked as an Interactive Project Manager, Flash Programmer, and Front-end Developer. Gregg then joined MERGE as a Senior Manager, where they wore multiple hats and built and strengthened the interactive services group. Later, they worked at Northern Trust as a Senior Manager, Rich Media Design & Development, where they developed and maintained the online brand standards. At HERE Technologies, they served as a Manager of Interactive Design, responsible for user experience and visual design for various interactive initiatives. Following that, they worked at VMware as a Senior Manager of Product Design, leading the user experience team for the Horizon product. Gregg then joined Owler, first as a Senior Manager of Design & User Experience, then as a Director of Design & User Experience, and finally as a VP of Design & User Experience. At Owler, they played a vital role in designing and building a large-scale crowdsourced platform. Gregg continued to hone their leadership skills at Blue Shield of California, where they worked as a Senior Manager of User Experience, leading a diverse team of researchers, strategists, and designers. Their work contributed to increased digital satisfaction and NPS scores. Most recently, they joined Quantcast as the Head of User Experience, where they grew a small team into a multidisciplinary, highly functional team and established a new research practice. Gregg worked closely with senior product and engineering leads to drive design-thinking exercises and promote user-centered design methodologies. Gregg Lavine also recently joined Arkestro as the VP of User Experience.
