Mark Carlton

Mark Carlton currently serves as the Senior Director of Client Strategy and Adoption at Arkestro since October 2025. Previously, Mark was a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point Consulting LLC from April 2023 to June 2025 and held the role of Customer Success Director at Fairmarkit from March 2020 to August 2022. Mark's extensive experience includes positions as Alliances Director and Director of Global Solutions Consulting at Tradeshift, Senior Solutions Consultant at IBM, and Director of Solutions Consulting at Coupa Software. Early in Mark's career, key roles were held at Ariba, Inc., and Model N, contributing to substantial customer success and revenue growth. Mark holds a B.S. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
