Willa Zhou Berson

Willa Zhou Berson has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a Project Manager for the Gleitsman Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. In 2010, they worked part-time as a Special Projects for the CEO, Globalizer, Global Search & Fellowship at Ashoka. That same year, they founded and directed the Igniting Innovation Summit on Social Entrepreneurship @ Harvard. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Zumba in the Parks Fitness. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Google in Marketing and Partnerships. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Founder and CEO of Social Well. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Director of Growth & Business Operations - Rise By We (WeWork's Wellness Venture) at WeWork. Currently, they are an Independent Consultant - Growth Strategy & Operations at Whistling Birds Consulting. In 2022, they will become the Head of Operations at Arketa.

Willa Zhou Berson obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Cum Laude from Harvard University, with a field of study in Social Entrepreneurship and Sociology.
