Yotam Galon

Yotam Galon is an experienced airline captain currently serving at ארקיע Arkia Israeli Airlines since December 2024. Prior to this role, Yotam was the COO and Accountable Manager at Challenge Group's Challenge Airlines (IL) from March 2023 to December 2024, and also held the position of Flight Operations Manager during that time. Yotam's expertise in aviation includes a previous tenure as an airline captain at ארקיע Arkia from March 2014 to March 2023, and a significant career in the Israeli Air Force from January 1995 to February 2014. In addition to aviation experience, Yotam has worked as a Negotiator & Cyber Warfare Simulations Manager at Critical Impact from July 2020 to September 2023. Yotam holds an associate's degree in Philosophy and Gender Studies from Tel Aviv University.
