Stefan Kotsadam

Stefan Kotsadam is a seasoned design and project management professional with a robust background in digital solutions and user experience design. Currently serving as Design Lead at Arkion, previously known as Skyqraft, since August 2024, Stefan focuses on enhancing energy sustainability through actionable insights for grid owners. Prior roles include Lead Designer at Paytrim, where improvements in payment experiences were prioritized, and Senior Project Manager for Digital Solutions at Villeroy & Boch, promoting innovative bathroom designs. Stefan has also led UX/UI design at Dooer, contributing to award-nominated projects, and held multiple positions at Softronic, spearheading societal digitalization projects. Notable earlier roles include project management at Dear Future Astronaut AB and operational development at Jetpak AB. Stefan holds a degree in Grafisk Formgivning from Grafiskt Utbildningscenter AB Uppsala.
