Mary Tinnelly

Mary Tinnelly began their career in 2010 as a Personal Banking Advisor at Santander Bank, N.A., where they were responsible for opening current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home insurance and small business bank accounts, as well as cross-selling products and providing excellent customer service. In 2013, they moved to International Financial Data Services (IFDS) as an Associate Two and Team Leader, where they supported the development of staff and acted as a mentor for team members, held 1 to 1's and performance reviews of direct reports, and identified and assisted with on-going training requirements and knowledge acquisition. In 2015, Mary joined HSBC as a Senior Administrator, where they liaised with internal and external clients in a polite and professional manner, resolving queries in a timely manner, and was the first point of contact for a number of HSBC's top tier clients, including HSBC's Exchange Traded Funds. In 2016, Mary moved to ARKK, where they served as Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager, Technical Sales Consultant, and iXBRL Team Manager. As Technical Sales Consultant, they led as ARKK's ESEF technical consultant, working closely with ARKK's clients and design-agency partners to ensure they have successful live filings. As iXBRL Team Manager, they were directly responsible for the overall effectiveness of the iXBRL tagging operation, completing 6000+ iXBRL conversions annually and ensuring that all client files were tagged within agreed service levels. Mary was also the owner of the IXBRL product development.

Mary Tinnelly attended The Chartered Banker Institute from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Diploma in Professional Banking. In 2011, they obtained a Professional Bankers Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Banking & Finance - CIBF.
