ARKS® Eco Homes are designed to offer light, inspiration and natural comfort. Our unique Models are derived from the idea of like-minded individuals coming together to form a community inspired by nature, sat within natural landscapes.

ARKS® products are designed and manufactured with a priority of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and a goal of being fully carbon neutral. The energy efficiency of ARKS® homes is a really important aspect of our design, from the way in which the units are heated to the insulation technology used.

ARKS® construction technique is different to traditional property development in that we pre manufacture the models off site and bring them to site 95% complete with minimal impact to the natural environment. If however the model is to be placed off-grid then we can accommodate for that also. Minimal infrastructure is required for Models S and K, meaning minimal interference with the environment. Even with on-grid ARKS® models we work with landowners to suggest renewable forms of energy, rainwater harvesting and soakaway drainage, to keep infrastructure requirements and disruption to the natural environment at a minimum.
