Amy Bucciferro has over a decade of experience in the business and nonprofit sectors. Amy began their career in 2006 as a Digital Communications Consultant at Athena Archiver and a Planning Assistant at Barneys New York. In 2007, they became an Assistant Production Manager at Brant Publications. From 2009 to 2010, they were an Educator for the Maritime Adventure Program at the Tug Pegasus Preservation Project and an Associate Editor/Project Coordinator at the Empire State Maritime Alliance. In 2010, they were an Email Marketing Manager at BizBash Media and a Consultant for Communications and Program Development at PortSide NewYork. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of Operations at BizBash Media, and from 2015 to the present, they have been the Senior Project Manager and Director of Delivery at Arkus, Inc., managing a portfolio of projects and growing and guiding a team of Project Managers.
Amy Bucciferro's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing, with a Fine Art minor (Design/Sculpture) from The George Washington University, obtained between 2000 and 2004. Amy also attended New York University in 2007 to study Project Management, and Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism in 2005 to study Publishing.
