Pavel Shlendyk

Pavel Shlendyk is currently the Director of Delivery at FORM. Pavel has over 6 years of experience in the software development and testing industry.

Pavel began their career as a QA Engineer with Freelancer in November of 2013. Pavel was with the company for just under 5 months before moving on to Ring Ukraine in July of 2018.

At Ring Ukraine, Pavel served as a Senior Automation QA Engineer/SDET. In this role, they were responsible for developing and supporting automation frameworks for various platforms, developing multi-component automation tests including virtualization tools, and developing end-to-end tests including 3rd party tools. Pavel was also responsible for defining the software test life cycle, which included requirements analysis and planning. In addition, they assisted with CI/CD practices and helped prepare reports to transparently report QA results and status in an automated way.

After just under 6 months with Ring Ukraine, Pavel transitioned to their current role as Director of Delivery at FORM in December of 2018.

Pavel Shlendyk is a computer engineer who studied at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. Pavel has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and an engineer's degree in computer systems and networks.

Their manager is Jeff Wong, VP, Services. They work with and Ken Smith - Senior Director, Global Support.
