Laura Ocampo

Laura Ocampo has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the technology and communication sectors. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Scrum Master at ArkusNexus since October 2006, Laura specializes in quality management, process improvement, and software development, demonstrating skills as a programmer and project leader. Previously, from January 2014 to April 2022, Laura coordinated media communications for Pastoral Juvenil de Tijuana, managing social media, video creation, and photography editing, while also organizing large youth events across Tijuana, Tecate, and Rosarito. Laura's earlier experiences include working as a systems analyst and programmer at Parroquia San Ignacio de Loyola in 2005 and as an administrative assistant at Esc. Primaria Carlos A. Carrillo from 1998 to 2001. Laura holds a Master's degree in Technology Project Design and Management from UNIR México and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CETYS Universidad.
